Volume helps you develop ideas, talk with an AI coach, write scripts, record and edit videos, and publish content. Connected social accounts let you publish and track performance. Review generated scripts and media before publishing. YouTube features use YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your usage page shows your recurring allowance and bonus credits separately. Bonuses may expire at the end of the billing cycle or remain available without a monthly expiry, as shown there. Writing a script is free; editing and other metered features use credits as displayed in the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Volume. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone accesses your account, you're responsible for their actions.
Volume is a paid subscription service. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own the scripts you create using Volume. However, by using our service, you grant us permission to process your content through our AI systems to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your scripts or videos.
Don't use Volume to create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Our AI assists with script writing, but you're responsible for reviewing and approving all content before using it. AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation. You're responsible for the final content you publish.
When you connect your TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube accounts, we access performance data (views, engagement, etc.) to help improve your scripts. We don't post content on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize it.
We strive to keep Volume available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or updates. We're not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
Volume is provided "as is." We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
